Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

4.1 General Rule for Print-on-Demand Items

Because most TTS merchandise is produced specifically for each order, correctly produced items are generally final sale. TTS does not ordinarily accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because a customer selected the wrong size or color, changed their mind, or no longer wants the item.

4.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, or is materially different from the item ordered, contact TTS at contact@thetrianglesociety.com within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue. For multiple affected items using the same design, TTS may request a photo or video showing all affected items together.

TTS will review the claim and, when appropriate, submit it through Printify's merchant support process. If the claim is approved, the remedy may be a replacement/reprint or refund, depending on the circumstances and available fulfillment remedy. Customers should not mail a product to Printify or a print provider unless TTS gives specific return instructions.

4.3 Issues That Generally Do Not Qualify

· Wrong size, color, or product variant selected by the customer.

· Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

· Incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer.

· Minor product or print-placement variations within normal production tolerances.

· Damage or loss occurring after confirmed delivery that is not attributable to fulfillment or carrier handling.

· Complaints submitted after the applicable claim period, unless required otherwise by law.

4.4 Cancellation Requests

Contact TTS immediately if you need to request cancellation. Because orders may enter production quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed after checkout. Once production begins, an order generally cannot be changed or canceled. If the fulfillment provider approves a cancellation, TTS will process the corresponding refund due to the customer.

4.5 Lost or Undelivered Orders

If a domestic U.S. order has not arrived within 30 calendar days, or an international order within 45 calendar days, contact TTS promptly and no later than one week after that point so TTS can investigate with the fulfillment provider. For packages marked delivered but not received, TTS will review the circumstances, but a free replacement or refund is not guaranteed.

4.6 Refund Timing

When TTS approves a customer refund, TTS will initiate it through the original payment method or other method permitted by the payment processor. Posting time depends on the customer's bank or payment provider. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable when the issue is caused by customer-provided information or where otherwise permitted by law.

4.7 Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
