Come check out the Cass Tech JROTC program in the parade and support the Grand Marshal of the 2023 Detroit Veterans Day Parade, Former Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard and Cass Tech Alumnus (’72) Vince Patton!

 

MC Patton was the eighth MCPOCG, and the first African American to hold that position.
